


This mine was pretty cool. It is not a working mine. I was told there is still some work being done, but they are no longer digging here. It almost looks like it is bleeding?

Here is a bit of "history" of the mine....


My kids are learning what it is like to live in a small town. We had lunch in Sierra Vista and dinner in Bisbee. It is good for them to see that not every place has BIG restaurants and Imax movie theatres. Mom and POP restaurants "still" exist. Gus served us pizza and gyros for dinner at his restaurant he has owned since 1984. He was an Italian man that served GREAT food!!!!
