Kyler is all boy. He has the sweetest disposition. He is enjoying t-ball. But mostly he loves to smack that little ball. He has decided he is going to practice with his tee and be a BIG HITTER!!!! So, he gets out of the car this morning and says, "Mom, I'm going to hit a home run today!!!" Of course I am very encouraging. "I know you can do it!!!
OK Here is the funny part. Kyler is last batter. For all of you that are not experienced in T-Ball, when the last player hits the ball, you ALL go home. So it would appear to a 6 year old that you hit a home run!!! With 3 innings Kyler hit 3 home runs.
Kyler did have 3 fabulous hits.They were splendid. All 3 of them did go past 2nd base. But again.....with T-Ball, you only get to go one base per player,per hit. Here is the question.....Who thinks Kyler will try to run all the bases after his bat next game? Or do you think he understands why he got to keep on running?
All in all he had a great time. He also played pitcher and stopped a ball with his chin/chest. He also hustled and tagged a player out at second. Pretty good for a kindergartener. He got MVP this game and got a LARGE snowcone. I would say this was the best game ever for this sweet 6 year old boy!!!!!!
